Eligibility Requirements:

    PHILGEPS registration confirmation thru email (hard copy), as applicable

Terms and conditions

1. Terms of payment
: Payment will be made after the delivery of items through check. There is a penalty of 1/10 of 1% for every day of delay.
2. Period of delivery
: Deliver the packed morning snacks no later than 9:00 AM and the packed afternoon snacks no later than 2:00 PM on June 24, 2015 at the 12/F Penthouse
